The office building Unit 5 of the Business Park Marximum in Vienna is part of the office cluster Gasometer / Erdberg/ Neumarx. GVA Real-Consult and Apleona GVA together selected Bank Austria Real Invest (belonging to the UniCredit Group) that acquired a property of 9,700 sq m approx.

Hebbelplatz Vienna


A detailed analysis of this building with office, storage, workshop and exhibition space and a completely new concept for its re-use allowed a targeted approach to prospective investors. The identified new owner set up a training centre with an associated apprentice workshop.

Kaufpark Vösendorf


In the early stages of the acquisition process, the prospective investor engaged GVA to thoroughly analyze the commercial due diligence of this centre for local supply south of Vienna with its surface of more than 12,000 sq m. On acquisition, GVA were given responsibility for the property and the centre management.
